ABOUT US
The Juneau Montessori Association is organized for the primary purpose of making distributions of funds to organizations that 1) support and promote the principles of Montessori education in Juneau; specifically, to provide opportunities for children to explore in order to construct an understanding of the world and their place within it, and 2) qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Our organization is founded to support organizations that implement the Montessori Method of education to support the child in reaching their maximum potential.
